We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and quiet, and the lobby and peaceful garden were beautiful. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a delightful hot spring pool and an excellent breakfast with a wonderful selection of Chinese and Western cuisine. The staff were very accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The location of the hotel was unbeatable, situated in a quiet and secure diplomatic quarter within walking distance of a shopping center and the "subway". We were also impressed with the quick and convenient transportation, as we were able to reach the airport in a record time of 20 minutes.

The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and Tiananmen Square. The staff treated me like family, they were polite, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.

For breakfast choices, I wished there were more Asian desserts available.

The hotel offered two complimentary drinks upon arrival and a free shuttle service to the city center. The location is great with easy access to many tourist attractions. Moreover, the bed was very comfortable.

The restaurant was very disappointing. The breakfast buffet was underwhelming and the dinner buffet lacked in quality and variety.

the st. regis exceeded my expectations during this relaxing break! from the stunning lobby to the well-designed suite, everything was perfect. the friendly staff was knowledgeable about tours and dining options, and the location was ideal. the burning noodle was the best i've ever had!

Lighting in the room could be improved.

The service was outstanding, staff members were friendly and helpful. the room was spacious and clean, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled our luxurious needs. the spa & wellness center was relaxing and the massage session we had was exceptional. the indoor swimming pool was refreshing and the sauna was a nice touch. the restaurant had delicious food and the bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind. The private facilities and location advantages made our stay even more exclusive and enjoyable. Cons: the Jacuzzi in our room was not working properly, it was a minor issue and the staff was very attentive to solve it.
